Sripally - Sub Post Office

Worst experience ever. Staffs are rude and they are more into reading newspaper and gossiping than attend a customer. No one had time to at least listen to the customers..

not a simple revenue stamp is available there, they say you have to go to the head post office for this

It's the Sripally main post office....
I think it is one of the best post office...

It is located at Birhata, Burdwan. There is enough space for parking bike and car..The staffs of this office are very co operative. It is also a aadhar seva kendra. All types of aadhar card related work are done here.

Aadhaar service is stopped in this area.

Running at a rented house, space only for two-wheelers parking, work speed is average to good, enough number of employees, employee efficiency is poor to average, some of the employees throw tantrums as per customer's reports, remains mostly crowded.

Worst PO ever seen. Important official document lying there since 1 week. During 3-4 working days of office ( where the parcel supposed to get delivered) no delivery attempted. Due to this we got in trouble. They didn't give priority to official documents also. How pathetic service.

They just transform manual to digital.
Working speed too much slow.
Most of the time out of link.
Postman are also very much unprofessional, they don't even find address in their own area.

If you try to avail post office service, you can take help from post office agent. They can do all your work on behalf of you.
