Not a large office...but quite better...
IMO not available here

The office is located on a busy street and the place is quite congested. People especially the senior citizens face a lot of inconvenience during peak hours. The infrastructure is not suited to serve customers comfortably. The passbook printing window stays closed sometimes due to technical glitch. The staff are helpful though.

Tribeni is a locality in Bansberia Municipality of Hooghly district in the Indian state of West Bengal and is currently a part of the area covered by Kolkata Metropolitan Development Authority (KMDA). It is an old holy place for the Hindus, the sanctity of which has been recognized for many centuries and had been mentioned in Pavana-Dutam, a Sanskrit piece of the last quarter of the 12th century. The Muslims took it over during early phases of their conquest of Bengal, also referred to as Turkish conquest in the thirteenth century. The place retains its holiness for multiple centuries, even beyond that which was primarily due to the rivers it hosted, corroborated by records of the bathers at different timelines, who thronged during the festival of Makar Sankranti. Of the many odes written on the Ganges in various Indian languages, one that was recited and entered as a ritual offering to the river by the Brahmins during the medieval period, was presumably written in Sanskrit by Gaji Jafar Khan during his stay in Tribeni.

Have not CBS facility. And the place is small to stand. Long queues and bad place. Money is not always available. Have to change the place and facilities and appoint more staff. One word 3rd class place.

Most of the services are not available currently. People are facing too much issues.

Located on the sides of a busy road people face issue while standing at queue especially senior citizens.
CBS facility have been started but all the functionalities are not available due to shortage of staff, frequent link failure and clumsy space. Being a sub post office with large customer base the post office should be upgraded/shifted to a better spacious place and should be provided with sufficient staffs and proper infrastructure so that the post office can serve better to the people.
