Delivery boy is excellent but poor management quality & other staffs .

Lack of service

The Staff are good here, but sometimes they're quite lazy in delivering the parcels. Last time, I visited they called me for a parcel, which contained some books. That was quite unexpected. Yet, the people are good in behaviour so that wasn't a hassle, yet, I was expecting it to be delivered to my residence right?
Except that, it seems fine to me, it's a very old office, probably they should renovate it.

It's very old and staffs are not so cooperative.. Even finding this office itself is a bigger challenge..

Sometimes orders and letters are not delivered!
