There is much improvement in the service, the employees have much better behaviour now and despite being government employees they do not behave like the royalty every other government employee thinks they are, they are better with people, sometimes rather raw in their nature and the way they speak but the intent is always good, the service is rather expeditious and mostly everyone is treated the same and in proper manner here unlike in almost any other government office, especially post offices.

1-moderate speed of employees.
2-pension and savings account customers take half the time here.
3-parcels registered post can also be sent here before 1pm post van comes for same day transfer.
4-revenue stamps available here.
5-sometimes the emplyees get angry with their cheap broken pc hardware and slow printers and want to beat someone to get their anger out.

Document like passport(via speed post) they updated delivered without delivering the courier. No contact details available and customer care executive saying plz wait they will deliver the soon but not giving any contact information.

Avoid this place if you don't have time to waste.
They're really lazy. It's like they have no motivation left to work. Will speak after you repeat yourself thrice. They behave like they are not interested in doing anything which actually is quite hilarious.

If you still decide to go there then make sure you take Cash with you as they live under the rock, they have no UPI or Card payment method available. They take cash only and shops around there won't give you a single cash for UPI unless you incentivise them for it.

Rude behaviour. These guys should also be replace with private guys

Local post office to serve local people.

Very waste place, cheap service and rude behaviour. Staff is so lazy.
Government should sincerely think about privatisation of postal department.

A typical post office in between colony/society. Nothing much to talk about it.
