Crossings Republik Sub Post Office

Poor service postman kept our passports for over two weeks. I went to get the delivery by hand incase they had more work but got to know they take money (someone else told me) while delivering such items so the post man had the parcel with him delayed it on purpose. I only got it after I made a complaint about the postman at the post office. Also, one time I had a parcel which was big they did not bother to deliver n when I called and asked why he package still not delivered the post said "isko dena hai kya?" Incase there was any issue atleast they should have called and asked us to pick up but NO they simply don't do the work n sit on it for days.

Very Poor services, there are 2 staff 1 ladies and 1 gents, both are treat Prime minister of India, they do unnecessary arguments on topic and challenges peoples knowledge. They took 5 Minutes job instead of 30 minutes. Post Office administrator should fire OR transfer rural area without any late, reason they don't do own role and responsibility a honest and quality manners. They really disappointing me. Rude Staff.

Chip and accurate time delivery. Delivery staffs are good, co operative and dedicated to there work. I asking on the ground of self experience as I have received a call from the delivery personal before reaching the destination and deliver my parsal immediately after confirmation. Also experience the staffs good and prompt service while booking of speed post also informed me about the situation of flood which may effect the delivery. So I am happy to make this post office 5⭐ rated. We have too need to co operate with these government persons who are serving us in current covid 19 situation.

The staff is very helpful and courteous. Was able to open a new savings account without much hassle.

Previous staff was too slow and make excuses for not doing there work.

Very rude staff and postmaster.....postmaster had the audacity to first ask me to fill a form just to mention that he will not process my request. He wrote on my filled form and then he stamped it as well. This is the customer attitude....but I know no authorities will take cognisance....by the way it should be a basic rule to have the complaints register with printed page numbers....the register that I was given to lodge my complaint was a plain register with no page numbers

Very poor staff and services. Gaon ka post office ayr staff inse acha hota h.

He does not want to deliver consignment at door.

Post Office is small as name suggests Sub Post Office. I went there for buying Revenue Stamp and after a wait for 5-10 Minutes I got it.

Everything is ok no complaints from Post Office Officials. Only the location of the post office is quite odd.

First you will have to go inside the Galleria Market Building then take the slow Lift to the 2nd Floor then you will have to take Left finally again left and yes you will reach the post office.

Also, the parking in the Galleria Market is free of cost. Also on the second floor on which Post office is there, you can eat varieties of food from 4-5 restaurants on the roof. Check my attached pictures.
