Head Post Office, Noida

It's an era of Technology ... Post is replaced by Email/Social Media ... Somehow Post and Telegraph Department is managing to survive ... Head Post Office of Noida is in Sector-19 ... 10 to 4 timings for public dealing ... But Better be prepared to get your job done till 1.30 pm ... You can get every possible thing from here related to post ... Or get your account or PPF activity done also ... At a distance of 2 kilometres from Rajnigandha Chowk ... There is a Post office ATM here too ...

It's not just for the postal service it also has banking services . Several (almost all) public welfare schemes are available here. They have recently started taking initiative to give more managed Public dealing

Note: My Review is for PSK (Passport Seva Kendra) which is just behind the main gate of Head Post Office.

Well defined process of documents collection and verification. Small room for 2 staffs and 5 to 8 people to seated. Huge open ground in front, to park your vehicle (free parking as on date). Please carry all required documents along with you and complete process will not take more than 15 minutes. The young staffs knows their work very well and polite in nature.

Very good post office. We used it for International shipping. Staff was very helpful. In just 2 weeks, I received my 7-8kg box from India to NZ without any damage, but that also depends on the packing. The only part which they can improve is ... keep the weighing machine...It looks like they didn't weigh it...they just assumed it based on box dimensions. Other than that Speed Post was very economic and very fast service.

Post office facilities are there but there is a routine problem of server. I would like to say that if you are going for a work which will take about 15 minutes then you must be free for at least 2 hours. My experience is not very good. Staff is co'operating but what they can do if network is not there. EVEN THEY HAVE PASTED A MESSAGE OF 'SERVER DOWN' PERMANENTLY. You can see in the pic posted by me.

Though it a head post office but doesn't look like so. Repair work under progress and dust is all around in the offices. Aadhar enrollment centre is also located in it and I have given 4 star because of this only. The person is available and enrollment is being done.

Going there for 3 years to submit Jeevan Praman, and there is a lady as Shrimati Lata Ma'am.
She is a gem of a person and get all the required formalities in a blink of an eye.
