No description on counters .. Everyday people use to ask each other person

They take very much time for the completion of small tasks. Employees don't want to work because they're govt. Job employee. They have no interest to resolve the people's problems.

One time I went I was late a bit so I understand that my work wasn't able to complete. Next daytime, The man on second window (grey eyes) was completely free and roaming around the office. He came back to his disk after 5 mins and then told me site is not working. I mean I don't get them.. always site is down. Wasted my two days, same kind of experience at aliganj PO..

Postman of this post office are very good if you are not in your home they will call you to inform you about the courier or parcel. They are not like typical government employees who usually does not care much about the customer. 😂
