Post Office, Vrindavan

Ok.
Went for speed post. Done within notime.
Space to improve:
1. System failure is a common problem here.
2. Cleaning. Premises is in very bad condition, reflects unprofessional behaviour of the person incharge.

Vrindavan post office or Vrindavan SO
Practically the only post office for the Vrindavan locality and all kinds of postal services are available here with all government's affordable housing rates.
But the service and staff behavior toward customers was pathetic and they even won't answer your queries properly.
Etiquette and orientation of staff must be soft towards the public and individuals.

My documents not delivered, and showing door closed, always telling lie , no call, not supporting, very bad service

My parcel received on 13/05/22 in Vrindavan SO and not yet delivered. Poor service.even they are not trying to contact. Very bad

I didn’t received my important parcel since 24th May 2022, they have delivered at wrong place.

Unable to connect them on call. Worst service and staff.

Service is great visited there regarding an insurance policy and contacted Mr Deepak Verma and the response i received was really appreciable and not only while purchasing an policy after that also whenever i contacted him for any type of post office service he always made the work done immediately so good service

As we track my consignment
received at 6 jan-22 in post office , but not delivered at location till now.
How they work not understand.
I think that is bad service.

Extremely poor service from this post office they never delivered even speed post on time (More than 5 days delayed still their is no response). It happened multiple time.
