Situated at naini , prayagraj, up. Today I went there and the employees were on strike so post office was close. And this post office is closed permanently as it seems

It is nice for parsel service..
And for business

Very poor service, I don't understand does anyone administer them or not? . Today I visited this post office, I had to link my mobile number with aadhaar card. Their head lied to me and said come after 1 month but after asking few people they said that they are linking their mobile number. After standing in line when my turn came the person linking number with adhaar mobile got switched off. First of all I don't understand why are they doing such important work on mobile phone(see the picture I uploaded) and also a device which didn't even have 5% battery. The people their were sitting anywhere in the room and it was a mess. I understand the work load and pressure in such offices but please understand you are the only big post office here in Naini. You must maintain a standard. People come from far distance and have lot more work to do, you are being given salary to give that service to customers. Please it's my humble request to the concerned authorities to look into my consideration and rectify it. If it goes like this only we are not developing any soon.
