The outside place is still in poor condition. Interior has been improved to a little extent although. I didn't personally like the behaviour of staff.

Staff behavior inappropriate!! Very slow workings!! Sits idel and chat among themselves!! ! When coustomer complains, reply is given system is not working, network week!! !! Some action should be taken against them!! ! Poor service!! Employees behavior not good at all!! !

I'm writing this complain because I'm really fed up with this post office. First of all the speed is slow. Whenever you'll there's always a issue of system. Aforementioned issues are bearable but the service you get and the staff are so rude they talk abruptly irrespective of person. Specially JP singh who sits on the counter of withdrawal and deposit. I'm really upset with the service. It's been a week and our work is still not done. Not at recommended.

Mediocre service and employees. Except Mr. Bharti, who is actually really hard working. Others are just waiting there ..biding their time, waiting for death.
I am waiting for an entity coming from US, their update is that the delivery was unsuccessful because the door was locked. What? I should just open my doors wide open and you guys will come and appropriately drop the package. Can you knock?
Disappointment really.
