The staff is inefficient, practice malfeasance, dishonest. The post office never opens on time. The timings for speed post as mentioned in the notice board is 09.00 to 15.00 and yet when ever you go to dispatch a speed post between 14.00 to 15.00 hours the staff rudely tells you that speed post is accepted only upto 14.00 hours. The staff performs other personal work but does not attend to customers

It is the biggest and main post office of Fatehpur. All types of post related work is done here. Also, any errors in Aadhaar are also rectified here.And there is also a post office bank where all the work related to the bank is also done.Its campus is huge. Along with this, an effort has been made to do all the work in one place so that the people can get a lot of convenience.
