Worst post office.i know govt offices suck but this is beyond everything. My bank debit card was lost and they said apply new one without any remorse. made me search their documents for hours to find the tracking number. none of people in the office work at all. This is an example of offering jobs based on reservations. Worse

So every other review is true here. Your article will be shown delivered and you are wondering where the hell did delivery go! After checking with your neighbours, security, maid staff etc., You decide to visit post office to check who they have delivered and guess what... They have not delivered and package is with them waiting for you to come and pick up. Absolutely unprofessional behaviour.

Staff is not co-operative and if the parcel brings some tip(like passport) then only they will respond and for other parcels or letters they won't bother. Even postmaster not bothered to control them, so I stopped using the postal services. For one parcel I went to post office 3 times, called to postman phone number many times. But no response. Better go for online complaint for any issues.

One of the worst post office. I have lost my package twice. They don't even pick up the phone if we try to check on a parcel. Private couriers are best. Wish there was an escalation authority to complain about the staff.

I highly surprise how come this Post Office has 2.2 rating. They hardly respond and everyone feels they are the PMs of the countries and so much of attitude even while answering the simple questions. I see senior citizens asking questions and they are very impatient to answer them. No respect to the customers, at least you should respect the age. Very small and tiny house turned into the Post Office. No parking what so ever. You need to wait in lines. They mark the parcel or courier as DELIVERED without being delivered. They are capable of doing it. When I asked why it is showing as DELIVERED for my check book, I was worried and the delivery guy says I could not deliver yesterday and thought of giving it today or tmrw. Very Negligent and reckless. If I have to rate it, I would rate it -10. At times, I feel like slapping such irresponsible people who are arrogant.

I got a item from andhra Pradesh and the address was correct.

It was not delivered to me.

I went to post office and made to wait two hrs.
The item was clearly to be seen.

I was told to go to jntu.

I was told to come the next day.

Finally after standing for two hrs I was given the item and they asked Rs.300.

I had Rs.500 note and they gleefully took the note, not giving me Rs.w00.

It was a torture.

I fully support our bjp government's decision of privatization.

Miyapur postoffice They don’t even call to the receivers. If we call them they won’t pickup and without any reply the send back the couriers to the senders

Deserved Rating Zero.
The postman won't come to your location but they will update status as the door is locked.
If you visit their office, the postman won't be available and if you meet the head,He will scold the postman in front of us but your issue won't get resolved even after months.
It's been 6 months that my cheque book was out for delivery but still it is not delivered. I think the postman is still searching route for JP Nagar from Allwyn X roads.
@indispostoffice should take care of this.
