Prompt service, always get parking outside. Staff are courteous. Infrastructure is old but spacious but will need renovation

One of the best post service here, but drawback no one follows even the standard mask, esp when they deal with 100s of people every day! At this time, if you don't mask yourself you lose points!

I sent a speed post on 9th and I was told it will reach within 10days. It's 20th today and the package is still in Chennai. Can't contact post office, number is always busy!

Govt office, that says it all!! it's our mistake if we expect good service.. The staffs are always be busy talking serials and personal life stories to the other staffs while customers are made to stand outside in hot sun. As once in blue moon time, they turn their heads to the job, they only attend agents over there, utmost. For event 10 agents turn/bunch of forms they go through from an agent, there'll be only 1 regular customer who gets attended, although they allowed for only a request for the time. This is the literal ratio.
Wondering why ?? It is because of the commission agents receive, for the deposit/business value they bring to Post office, they share half of it to Office staffs remain in good terms hence the service priority is to agents and not common people.

Ample parking. Huge facility with lot of options to post. Optimal pricing when compared with other competitors. There's a lot of scope for improvement and to delight customers.

For registered parcel in anna nagar post office in the name of checking the packaging guys are seeing your stuffs what you are sending , if thath things are good ones or new ones they will steal it. It have happened with me i have sent sarees from registered parcel service from anna nagar to Chhattisgarh, i got empty box of sarees. So beware of these fraudulent people.

I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received. It’s very Friendly, cheap, quick and reliable service for international couriers. The staff members are quiet knowledgeable about the rules and regulations for each country. They also provide packaging services for a nominal charge which includes packaging boxes. If you are bringing your own box then do not seal it as they would check the contents and seal it. They have ample parking spot and also easy drop off access. Use the entry via 10th Main Road- so you dont have to worry about carrying your heavy parcels.

Only drawback is that they only use cash or phone-pay transactions and don’t accept other digital methods like Card services.

Go to 1st floor and ask any post man, how to update number in aadhar.
- he will ask your new number and will ask otp for same.
- will take your finger print
- charges for update Rs.50/-
(As govt process, it takes 72hrs for changes)

No need to wait for token or no need to wait outside in Q.

Worst service. When I called about the charges, they told me can’t tell you the price come in person very rudely.
