Normal Post service is somewhat list it's sheen & punctuality.

Encashing postal savings on maturity is very slow due to archiac procedure and slow working aged staff and takes full 3days to get the maturity cheque .

Located opposite to Kodambakkam Railway station. Easily visible. Office in Ground floor. wheel chair accessibility. Busy area with all sorts of vehicle traffic. Car Parking is unthinkable. You can bring/park a bicycle or a two Wheeler in the limited space at the entrance. Branch or Sub office is doing brisk business in this area. Serves a vast area including Trustpuram. Easily accessible location just opposite to the Kodambakkam Railway Station. Neatly maintained good Premises with wheelchair accessibility. Good Staff of all cadres with informative knowledge of schemes and procedures, which is basically essential for an organisation. Friendly moving with the customers making familiarity with them.

Some of the staff try to be ok others practice sarkari style dodging!

Very bad attitude. They won't update your details just because they don't have mood to do that.. And when there is lot of crowd will show attitude.. Wonder when they are going to be privatised for efficient service

There is noway to give o star so only 1 star very worst service . They make all the customers wait & do some nonsense chatting with their colleagues I know about government offices but its very worst than ever

Closes by 4 PM, or atleast folks there pack off everything and don't work, wish better work ethics
