Adambakkam Post Office

Worst place to deposit your money, better go to some private bank or any other nationalized bank.. you've to wait, wait, wait, wait....... Wasted a whole days just to close the RD and get my money back.....service is too poor..
Inbetween these staffs keep on talk to other staffs regarding personal and homely Talks and instead of debiting they credited my account with that amount.
Then after correcting I gave another slip and got the cash....poor poor service...

Today 16 May 2022 Monday is supposed to be a working day for the Adambakkam Post Office Chennai. But when I went there at 12.30 afternoon, I found the Post Office doors closed. I do not know why it is closed even though it is a working day. There was no notice board outside to inform the general public.

The Staffs are Excellent. They gave equal importance to everyone!!, when i unknowing paid money, the employee refused to take it and said the service in free! , I wish the govt. Office become more advanced and like international standards with whole lot of purpose

Very rude behaviour.she don't know how to treat people especially senior citizens.She just know to shout on them.especially that lady in left side of counter near the wall very worst behaviour.full time work is shouting.if u go there u should spend whole day but at d end of the day she will tell system is not working.useless service and useless system lazy lady

Such a waste of time with this Post office. I have been asking for updating mobile number in aadhar card. They keep pushing it to next day . And on fourth day he says it will be done next week only.
Shame on you guys for poor response and wasting people's time.

Such a rude behavior by the lady in the parcel counter. She sits there in the mornings. Afternoon there is a real polite lady who is very pleasing to all the customers. Atleast looking at her I wish all other rude people change.

One of of the worst post office. Staffs are so lazy to work, and talking among themselves and not ready to help customers . Went to start a new deposit, their behavior made me cancel the plan to deposit.

They get angry when you ask doubts about anything.

Looks like there were many disappointed customers, so that they placed a board saying 'Please don't shout at our staffs' LOL

The ladies working over there do not know how to be polite with those who come to avail the Postal service. It is too bad we are paying taxes and get treated rudely. Very poor experience. Though the post was accepted and sent as per Postal procedure, the whole experience turned out to be a nightmare.
