Visited this post office thrice to send a mail, impolite and rude officers who don't give the instructions clearly. I visited recently again during corona lockdown time, they weren't helpfull at all, they said the office is closed, when asked for the timing when it will be open, the lady working there replies in an impolite manner, these government officials often seem to forget that they are getting their salary through the tax that we pay.

Please explain me why do you have phones at your office? Why did you provide your phone number? For people to call right? None of you are responsible to call then why even keep a phone for showcase? PICK UP WHEN SOMEONE CALLS, I UNDERSTAND A POST OFFICE CAN BE BUSY BUT I GUESS YOU ARE EARNING ENOUGH THAT YOU CAN ASSIGN SOMEONE TO PICK UP THE CALL RATHER THAN BEING LAZY AND CUTTING IT OFF OR JUST DONT KEEP PHONES ONLY IF NOBODY IS CAPABLE OF PICKING UP CALLS.

The official in the post office was very kind and helpful. People should be aware of the timings of post office so that they can visit the office at the correct time for the services provided. Especially during covid 19, people should be cautious and stay home, or follow the covid protocols. As a citizen it's your responsibility to protect yourself and other people around.
Yes, they get their salary from the government, they are government employees in service for you even during this pandemic so be grateful.
