Big post office in Salem,here savings account also opening ATM also available.

Everyone is very helpful, I was having issues with my passport application, senior people from this POPSK was very helpful and resolved the issue. Five star is not enough, thank you so much for your awesome service.

Came for aadhaar update.
The person and broker are corrupt.
They work only if money is paid extra.
Salem still under corruption.

This I written for Expecially only A2 counter person around 40 Yr old. He doesn't know how to behave with customer totally immaturity. Who are all come to apply for passport might be customer don't know all stuffs they have to guide them . That guys don't know this basic thing how to talk with customer . Very very bad experience. He totally spoil all person name who one working in salem head post office.

Lot of postal services are provided. However no proper information provided regarding which counter handles what services. Token machine is not working. Need to stand in queues.

Though many people leave reviews that are negative my experience closing my PPF and NSC/KVP was very good. Ms. Kanchana and Ms. Kiruba told me that since the accounts were inoperative beyond a certain period it would take time to process. However they personally looked into it and guided me. They were able to close the accounts for me (all documents requested were in order) and hand over the cheques .

Server down not maintained properly.
If server is down need to wait for hours.
