I just went for an enquiry at Tirupur east post office in October month for my long term delayed post. The lady (I think she is manager) responded very rude way, even when my enquiry was not directly to her. I have experiences in many service domains but never faced such Indescent way, insulting customers in any govt or pvt offices. Such employees should remember that, we are customers not beggers asking her money. And we had to depend on India Post very unfortunately.
Also if it's so painful for her to sit and work for few hours a day, why can't she give the opportunity for better serviceable workers🙏.
I request the concern higher officers with great grief to kindly look after such loopholes in the offices.
