Oggiam thoraipakkam Post Office

Passport delivery was kept held up at the post office stating the house was locked. It was not so.

Made a follow up over phone this morning. Delivery executed in about 2 hours time. Thanks to the post delivery person Ms. Yazhilni and another gentleman who received the phone call of mine. Good response. Satisfied.

Even though there are hardly 4 people, staffs are behaving as if they doing service for hundreds of customers.

Totally pathetic customer service , no responsibility. Initially they ask you to come by one time, later when you go there they ask you to come in a different time.

Typical govt office behaviour , contrary to this I had a decent and welcoming behaviour in Pondy bazaar post office !

Situated at 1St floor and inconvevient for senior citizens and even counter clerk as well as Sub post master do not care the sr,citizen
I being the age of 77+years and retired sr,Post Master of the department had to wait as no cash was available next day I had to wait for one hour for one or other reason, Sub post master also did not care for me and ,,,,,on phone , Their attitude was undesirable।,,,,,,,,Ex senior post master Indore GPO,

Hardly any crowd. Helpful staff. Well maintained office.

Doesn't take up calls, simply says it's delivered when they haven't done anything,worst!

Worst post office employees. This PO employees aren't helpful to the customer in any way. I had a very bitter experience and that shows their attitude towards customer so if u looking for any suggestion I would recommend to choose other nearby PO pls.

His Post office was shifted. To Thoraipakkam pillyar Kovil street in near IOB atm . Post office was in Frist floor.

Very bad and rude experience from the staff. General people who visit post offices must be calmly guided. They come here to take care of their service not to be see the rude faces of the staff.
