Hosur Sub post office

Customer Friendly - all the staffs are so helpful and the time taken is also very less and depends on which day in a month you are entering the post office and for what service you are availing. You can get the advise in 4 languages TAMIL - Kannada - Telugu and Hindi.

Poor service. The staffs especially assistant post master(lady sitting behind the counter) are arrogant and rude. The customer's are not informed properly about the documents to be furnished and many rounds to be made to get the work done.

Very well behaved staffs and head post master ( manager) who sits inside is soo polite and good and responsible.. and post man also very good... Overall good staffs..

The staff is quite helpful. The building is quite small and not spacious. Only 3 to 4 members can stand. Crowded in the morning. Please organize your things if you're submitting any application. You have options to take printout and Xerox nearby

All basic services available in a post off are available and service is very good. The main and oldest post office in Hosur.

Arrogant staff behaviour. To redeem NSC i was asked to go for 2 days. Cashier lady who sits on the right side end corner is unfit for customer service. I asked to close the sb account due to pathetic experience and that stupid lady asked me to come another day. She thinks post office is her dad property and behaves arrogant. Never go to this branch.
