Avadi Camp Head Post Office

All major postal operations are carried out here. Several staffs are working onsite here.

All major facilities are available. It is the head post office around the Avadi region.

It also has an ATM outside the post-office. Parking facility is limited.

Very rude staff. Their tone is always very aggressive and they never listen to us. Especially, the staff dealing savings operation counter is impolite and such employee should be dealt by departmental disciplinary proceedings. The postal department should educate their employees on behaviour with customers.

I account open my daughter SSA 3 week very slow working.Rude employees except few..
Rude ones are always lazy.. Most of the time they say network slowness or network down.
They use to take a long time to complete transaction for a single customer.very poor employees.

It's on the main road , accessible , parking lot is there , wheelchair accessibity is there, near by they have ATM , Aadhar card updation center is also there.

If you go for speed post the employees speak harshly and no one is found in speed post counter. An army man after waiting for half an hour left for role call without speed posting to his house...poor service

This post office is located on the main road. One of the post offices where you will be given time by the staff as it is less busy. They have one Aadhar Kendra within the premises. Overall a good experience.

Today i got to withdraw some money from my mother's INDIAN POST saving account at my nearby locality and i came to see that Indian post is providing no proper office for the staffs who are working in a local post office which is located in GANDHINAGAR, VIVEKANANDA STREET, where the staff is sitting in a event management accessories shop on a bare floor. This is how the INDIAN POST provide hospitality to the beloved staffs who are payed to this job. With concern about the staffs situation i feel that its inhumanity things which a reputated INDIA POST can't provide a basic comfort for their staffs ( A table, chair and a fan ) for them tho itz a beginning of hot summer!!! It's so disappointing to see and feel that india is still not developed country yet. Plz do see about such things.
