My staff member reached PO at 4.for 12 Registered parcel, Post Office staff told him that after 4 pm no parcel will be entertained. After a lot of request counter staff accepted the parcels. When time is upto 5 pm than how a staff refuse to accept at 4 pm.

Hopeless post office service..they deliver it to random people without even a call.i have lost some of my parcels through them.on enquiring they say they dliverd it to some random person stayin near me..how can they do.tat..they could either call me ..hopeless..improve on ur services..and the numbers dont work at all on calling too
