No one is there...I reached here at 11 .10 Am on 29 Dec 2020 but it was locked. I waited for half an hour but still no one came. Timing 11 to 2 pm is written on the door . But the condition is pathetic.very poor services. Don't know what kind of services they are providing to the public and for what they are taking their salaries. Horrible situation.
