My kids passport was showing as in this HO for last 10 days. Called the landline. Someone PICKED UP and problem got resolved. I assumed that nobody will pick it up. They did. Great.

govt off with facality of pasport sewa kendra ( but take appontment through online booking first then visit passport sewa kendra ) , aadhar registration centre ( but they distribute 30 token upto 10:00 am only then no more registrations and most of time their server is down ) so visit near by aadhar centres as mentioned in pic enclosed by me . pahalitaly center is their .
