The structure of this building is so beautiful it's realising the era of British empire in India. They also provide banking facilities not only but also we take FD in here .They provide loan like this trades business, personal, car ,home and many more .At the end of year they give party philatelic exhibition and to kids show their collections . Post office spent their own money for this event. The postmaster give awards to children their collections. Many celebrities come to attend this event

Head post office is main post office of Ludhiana city. It offers banking services, mail, sending registered posts, speed posts and parcels to all countries. The place also offers paying your landline phone bills. The place has also a gift shop.

Very good place to send all kind of articles and other public utility services like Aadhar enrolment etc. Staff need more behaviour training. Good philately museum inside it.

An extremely Competent and efficient staff. Heavy workload but are extremely cooperative, receptive and services are good.
Unfortunately Philately Bureau has been moved out.

Head Post Office is situated in between Bharat Nagar Chowk & Bhai Bala Chowk on Ferozepur Road near New Courts Ludhiana141001. The Office of The Senior Supdt. of Post Office is also situated on the 1st floor. If anyone has any grievance in any Post Office in the periphery of Ludhiana city he/she can contact The Sr. Supdt. of Post Office for the redressal of it.
On the Ground Floor the routine of Postal Services take place. You can send the Parcels to all over the World.

Poor post office service i received an courier from cousin America they opened it before providing me and everything was in very bad in condition also all charges were paid by my cousin from America before shipping when I received the courier service from postman he said you will get this parcel but firstly pay 2700 rs ... This is such a cruel act ... What a shame on Modi and Indian Govt. Such a bad experience this happened with me first time I receive couriers from my relatives abroad every month but this is such an greedy act... Shame on the total staff also on custom people

Durgapuri branch is the worst post office .Staff members are very rude and they are only there to harras people.Actually durgapuri branch deserve a big zero star.😡

Poor service, it showing me delivered but don't know where they delivered. When call to customer care they said contact with RTO office, didn't tell any reason and no one pick up the phone from post office
