Poor interior
Slow working as many are old aged when i visited.

As usual ..like every govt. Office ..
No one listen to your problem ..and service is poor...
Timing for post or parcel is upto 3 p.m. Only after that u can not post your parcel.

My initial experience was good. I went to post international letter. Lady at the counter helped me to tell things i needed. It took me 15 mins. Lets see if my consignment reaches on time or not.

Very Poor response in Kharar Branch, very poor delivery even if the full address mentioned on registered parcel/ speed post they are posting comments, address is incomplete and denying the delivery of parcel, if the address is incomplete how the other branch book speed post. Trying to call from two days No body picking up the phone

Not happy with services at all .

In spite of all these negative reviews, I assure you to pay a visit and get your work done. The staff is so helpful and they help you out in case you don't know the procedure. I went to the post office for the very first time and didn't know anything but staff helped me out and my work was just done within half an hour.
Note: if you have a parcel to send do wrap it in brown tape.

And Contrary to what people say, Government staff here is helpful

You should pay attention towards the bad reviews, everyone is right they don't pay any attention towards clients and half of their machines are non working. Also they don't have any client dealing. Worst experience.

Worst experience ever.
I made calls on the given number, no one picked up, then I went to the post office asking something about their services, two-person were sitting, both were soo rude, not even answering my questions... I crossed checked while standing in front of the reception area, the phone was ringing continuously but no one answering the call, then again I asked the person who was sitting between two people on the first line why no one is picking up the call "the person replied, we don't have time to answer these calls. Pathetic
