Sub Post Office Landran

Govt services are always delayed. This is a fact that everybody knows. But the response or the respect towards to a citizen should also matters a lot. I had a bitter experience with this post office when I went to take post received by registered post to me which is marked as incorrect address by the post man. When I checked the address on the cover is correct and phone number is also perfect. But the office staff denied to give me the post and asked me to check with the kharar post office as they are going to send this back in next business day. There is no point they asked me to go and visit kharar post office when my post is there with them and it's been 15 days they have holded and sending from one post office to another. I called my owner and informed but no use. Staff is very rude and disrespectful. This is one of the worst experiences I had with govt services. This is why we are still backward.

I really don't know where the bad reviews come from, because is is one of the most decent Postoffices I've been to. Staff is polite, helpful and friendly. I never have issues with sending my post. Wonderful Postoffice..

Very Bad service. I have to wait and stand there for about 1 hr for the registry of one parcel... A woman employee who was making an entry, was untrained and unprofessional...She Don't deserve that post.

Worst service provider.
First they would put up a false delivery message and when you'll complain to the authority, they won't even deliver a speed post, and would ask the recipient to collect it.
Privatise hokr hi akal aayegi aise deptts ko. Seriously pathetic service!

the postman is too much irresponsible.

first time i face such issue, package was failed to deliver because i was not at home and the delivery boy is so senseless that he didn't even called me on the phone

They did not deliver the parcel at the door step..
Instead they called for the pickup..

Cant give rating in negative 😑😑
