They denied the registry of parcel before 4pm at counter number 7.
I wonder whats the working hours

Employees here are not well versed with computers. Sooo much lazy staff.
I was once misbehaved by one of them and in next moment I went to their head. He became so bias,didn't even care how customers are mistreated. These kind of worms should be punished in the country.

People work there are very unprofessional, they start to dislike you when you enter the building. Because that Cause them to work. Lazzy staff .

Good parking faciality, various counter to book ur mail overall nice experience....

Extremely poor service. The staff don't even bother to reply to your queries and stay mum until you scream. And then they simply say NO with silly excuses like systems not working, staff not available etc and put their head down. You start wondering if you are supposed to beg to get your job done. In nut shell, One has to be prepared to visit multiple times to get even petty jobs like depositing money in PPF. No wonder why people prefer private organisations over these so called customer friendly Govt harass centres.

Head post office Bathinda is basically the combination of Red cross office + Post office + Passport seva kendra office.

We visited here with the appointment of our passport to verify our details and documents. when applying for the passport online, I got an appointment after 2 months for this office.

Didn't even try to deliver my parcel even when the address was clearly written

There service are not good and until my ATM card was not delivered to my house
