Sub Post Office - Basti Guzan

Nice post office.
In starting there is some issue B/w sending the parcels.
But now it all fine and now we send 4-6 parcels daily.

Postman is so careless person .he delivered my important documents at wrong address it's not first time always he delivered my documents at wrong address
Please do your duty properly 🙏🙏🙏🙏if next time repeat it I will report in police station

Super duper baakar...always computer not working...even staff don't know know how to talk....

Nobody is even picking the landline number, which is worst than expected.

Very Very Very worst Service. Everytime there computer system is not working . All employee taking free salary not doing any work. Female employee are doing gossips all the time. They don't know how to deal with customers .

It's been 4 days since India post is sending me message that your article is out for delivery but i didn't got it yet and the distance is not more than 2-3 kilometer from this post office to my house. I don't know why it is taking that much time to just dilever a post

They didn't pick my call
And i didn't receive my documents from the bank and i search on internet my tracking id i saw my parcel was returned this is so harassment moment
According to me they should close there office otherwise bank will courier my parcel on other courier site

No Body attend the land line number, which is very bad
