Head Post Office Amritsar

If possible i would have given you zero star. your customer service never picks up the call doesnt matter whenever you call in working hours they never respond and when i personaly visits the office to ask for my passport in a parcel they said "sorry, but we cant help you". Its not our job and i received my passport after 3 delayed days.

Very bad dilevery service...they are not responsible at all.. i sent rakhi gift for my sister but they are not taking care of that parcel box, and gou can see result on this picture

A historical building declared by ASI, serves as the head post office of the city of Amritsar since long. The office, being located in the heart of the city, serves all the needs of the customers primarily relating to postage, financial savings, and many more....
One feels great by seeing the majestic building of the postage department.

WORST EVER SERVICE. If possible I would have given a zero star. Nobody bothers about the customer. They never pick up the call or keep it hanged. Even visiting them will be of no use, they will not help. Government should look towards their pathetic services and employees.
