Sambalpur Head Post Office

I have had some experiences with the staffs of the office and that was good. But once one postman brought a check to me at my door and asked for money. He told me i got an check & he came all the way long to deliver me that so he deserves a tip. But my house is near jail chowk which is not very far from the post office. Although i don't know if its fair or not but i gave him a tip.

Visited for some work. Not overcrowded. Crowded if u want to change ur Adyar card number or any government ID details. Now multiple scheme are available like bank. It is also easy to access via cards. Place is good.

Very very bad experience during my visit. The toilet of this office is horrible condition

Any work access time. Service is very slow. Any time Full public & JaaM.

My sister send the parsale from Budharaja Sambalpur Post office on 7th Jan morning for Kolkata till now ( 20.01.23) currier not received... Customer care received a call but they are not giving any update.i have already done a complaint there is also Tat... May be 10 days ....after that they will work on this complaint... Worse postal service...I think they will stop the postal service.

Office timings has change now the working timing is 10 am to 4pm

In which 1pm till 0230 pm lunch break .
Only 02 counter designated to ems and parcel service , 1 counter for post bank 02 counter for stamp and miscellaneous service.

Govt staff are govt staff they don't had any important of customer urgency!!! They take there own sweet time ..

Some staff stay near by so they take long lunch break ... Going and coming from home for lunch break ...

That my view point !!

Management should think and give good service .........

Nice staffs but for aadhaar related services you should come earlier or you will have to wait for the line
