Post Office Chumukedima

One oF the worst experience ever. Worst customer service. The old man who sits there to give us the parcels is extremely rude. He literally yelled at me.I cant explain the horror I faced. Needs to improve in customer service. I wouldn't even give 1*

Worst postman ever, he don't know how to communicate and give proper Service to the Public....full of attitude

They lost my parcel, and don't even bother sad but they just don't care . They sometimes act like PM and MLAs . I hope they realise the importance of someone stuff and atleast behave in a good manner even if they don't pay back . Thank you 😊

Just wow....as a member of that building committee and from choumoukedima those people (employees) should be replaced with non local or new members...no sense of customer service, rude behaviour and over attitude ... thank you

The fellow sitting there at the counter is just too rude. I wanted to send my parcel yesterday so when I came to him he literally pushed my parcel box and almost dropped it on the floor if I had not caught hold of it. He could've politely asked me to wrap it properly and bring instead of pushing it. The attitude he has is almost the attitude of someone with a higher position. Honestly if again I come across him I wouldn't mind pressing charges for the attitude and behavior he has!

If there was a 0 star i would have rate it. The postman is just too rude, and moreover he doesn't even call or text us to get the package and when we go to his house, he is not at home. And if we don't get the package in time he would return it. I wonder how he even got this job who don't even fulfill his duties being a postman.

Too much ego being an employees of the post office, they don't have sense of decency, they have no human ethics of dealing with customers. I hope they get counseling in order to develop personal competencies. I hope Govt recruits those who are capable of the job not just random people

The people sitting at the counter are ok. But the post man is rude . Why does he always talk to us in that behavior? He even returned my parcel without my consent. I was out of station. I told him I'll pick it up in 2-3 days. Why does my small package bothers him so much that he had to return it.
