Been to this post office

I had a very bad experience in this PO. I am a student studying here in Umiam and I had sent 3 Registered Parcels from Delhi consisting of essential items. On tracking my parcel status it showed that it had already arrived. 6 days passed and after numerous calls and enquiries I got a call from the PO to collect 2 of my parcels. On arriving I saw that my parcel had been tampered with and while unpacking I realized that most of my things had been stolen. On the same day I went back to the PO to complain and the Sub Postmaster (SPM) very rudely told me that it's not his responsibility.
Also, they had told me that my 3rd box hasn't reached, while online I could see that it already has. On my repeated requests they checked again and told me that my parcel is with them. Please DO NOT use Indian Postal Services. They steal your things and then behave as if you did something wrong. The officers in Umiam PO are very rude and useless.

Although it's in the outskirts of city but i prefer it as there are less crowd...
