Dwarka Corner Sub Post Office

good have it here.....but service to be improved.

On 4th May 2017 no Acknowlogement slips were given to us by concerned poist empolyee on counter and adviced to report on next day.On 5th May , on demand of 4 slips with payments, She refused 4 slips & only 2 given in dwarka post office. When contacted them, post Master -incharge , He did not give any answer & handed over the phone to concerned empoyee on window ,.She replied , "do what ever you want, either report to my superiers or issue court notice, we not bother & disconnected the phone . No further responce from their official number thereafter so many calls given , intentionally .
Very indiscplined & wrong service of Public department i.e Dwarka Post Office .
Pl. be advised , by return mail for further action.

Government office, unpunctual working and inefficient working officials.

It's a Government of India's Post Office Branch.

Useless staff. specifically the fornt end ladies. They are such a hopeless people and thinks they are working in PMO. They have no intention to work scienerly but loot huge salaries. These people are burdon for Govt. as well as common people as they are incompitant for the charges given to then. Govt. needs to fire this staff immediately and recruit new sincere staff.

Worst Post office ever... The staff is not friendly at all, they lie to the customers and are extremely lazy and slow at their work... I had to go to the main Office to get my work done..

Good staff. Not a lot of crowd in the morning. The staff gets the job done speedily.

Phone always busy... Always Communication Problem occured...
