CIDCO Colony Sub Post Office

Just another office of government Post service.
Speed Post facility is nice, but change in careless attitude of staff towards people would be really appreciated.

I took a parcel from this post office. Employee given me it to me within 2 mis. Fast service. They do not deliver to home.

Office is at backside of postal bank. You can go with two wheeler to back side from main entry. Parcel office also have separate entry and approch road and I will suggest to use this entry.

I had to Post 3 notebooks to pune, staff were initially not ready to send.. but eventually they accepted. It was around 1.5kg books. The books reached pune within 3-4 days and condition was also very good, no damage at all. So they did their job well.. I liked their service of Post Thanks😃

The post office man/women don't call even the parsal is out for delivery we have to collect it from the office😡

No one support here... Everyone is so rude.. one staff don't listen to other... Worst service ever received by Indian post office.. head of the post office dont have manners how to talk... They are getting salary from the government so they don't care about their service...

You can send large size parcels (5kg - 20kg) here. Make sure the parcel is securely packed and have the receiver address clearly mentioned on the box.

The weighing machine at post office does not take more than 10kg weight. There is a scrap store nearby (walking distance) Pushkar Raddi Center, where you need to weigh the parcel if it is beyond 10kg. And bring the parcel back to post office counter via backside gate.

I visited this Post office for aadhar card service. And my experience was pathetic.
1. The aadhar card window was empty and the lady was sitting at another window to pretend that aadhar card window is closed.
2. I need to fill form for my 7 year kid. Whatever documents she said to carry was completely wrong and then later his aadhar card application was rejected from Delhi after 4-5 days.
3. My kid was bit nervous and was crying during the process and that time the old lady sitting to next window was scolding him loudly which was shocking. After this my kid was crying more.

They are not doing their job sincerely and it forced me to write a review.
