Fully currpt staff. worst service they need only money for your documents. if you can't give them. They threat you to return this post.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. extremely rude staff, will not deliver and will make you collect the parcel from the office. Rude in response and communication, customer service is terrible. When I asked for an explanation as to why my parcel could not be delivered and why I was being asked to come to the office, they cut the call twice mid-sentence. absolutely terrible, please get some skill training in communication

Location of the place is good, roods are proper and clean... The office is net and clean aswell the staff is not very good the sometimes takes longer time than its needed. Be careful while visiting some workers may ask you for bribe for doing your work.

Shivaji postman is one of the rude and arrogant person I met.
He started demanding for money for the delivery which I had already paid in advance for it.
I tried explaining him about my advance payment for delivery he started shouting,

"Ki yeh mera kaam nhi hai delivering ka"
"Mujhe tumlogo call and follow-up ke liye paise nhi miltey"and what not!!

First thing I respect all the people and service helpers especially

But this man was utterly arrogant to demand fees for delivering. He litterly threw my Documents in my hand.
Who does that?
