Good service and the stuff are very friendly and train tickets available here.

You can even book tatkal train ticket with low crowd from this post office. quite good staff.

You can book tickets, pay light (Electricity) bill and has other post related services. Aadhar card facilities are also available. Check the time before going. Sometimes there is long queue for railway ticket booking. In case of Aadhar updation you must come here take appointment and then come again for Aadhar updation. Post office bank opens after 10:00 a.m. and closes approximately around 2:30 p.m.

My medicine parcel arrived at post office located at vp road by 19th march 2020 and they mention in tracking that door closed which is false statement. And still i dont get my medicine parcel yet worst essential service ever seen just their for the under table salary.

few months ago I visited this branch to close my ippb account as I been told by wadala post office branch as this service is not available there but instead of closing they opened it again.
First I visited the office counter they told me if you want to close the account you should reopen here, once reopen it will be closed by submitting the closure form, then i visited the 2nd floor a madam who is incharge she told it so...after all formalities done she told now the account is converted to regular account(it means if you submit your kyc your digital account will become regular saving account) it's done.
what the heck I asked her i came here to close the account and she replied you didn't submitted the closure form you have submitted a convert into regular account form and she replied, you should tell me this before.
It means that they don't want me to close my account very disappointed waste of time

Bad Service Speed Post

Very poor service.They don't know which form should be give for discharge of NSC.From last 3 days they are harreshing.
