Over all average service

Post office which offers Mail, Insurance, Savings services. You can send your consignments through Ordinary Post/Speed Post/Registered Post/Parcel Post.
For savings PO saving Bank, RD, PPF, SCSS these are the services available.
Postal life Insurance is an Insurance product offered by Department of Post.

Very poor service. The man sitting at the enquiry counter least interested to give information. If ratings were allowed in minus I would have given -5.

Speed Post Article send from Dombivli Post Office on 17/06/2020 to one of the addressee located within the jurisdiction of Sahar P & T Colony SO (hardly about 1.5 km distance) has been received at destination Sahar P & T Colony SO on 30/06/2020 at about 16.32 hrs has not been delivered to the Consignee till today, i.e. 03/07/2020, 13.11 hrs. Since 30/06/2020 the article is lying there undelivered..

I even tried to reach the concerned person at the post office on telephone, but there was no response/attending the phone call also.

Very bad experience.

Always beautiful and marvelous place in Mumbai.
