Typical government atmosphere... I think they don't know about the 'customer satisfaction' word...

Indira Nagar, solapur Maharashtra post office...postman and their related officers can't hear customer complaints and tragedy..they treat like as we r beggers who begging them our posts..huge disappointed with all workers and officers...
