Only 3 counters ...out of which one is dedicated for parcels etc..

2 counters for nsc ...passbook...account etc...

There are big queues and aged people have to stand for hours in the cue...

In such small space with only 3 counters, I wonder why can't they extend the office and increase the number of counters...

No proper instructions to tell the people which queue belongs to parcel etc and which to other tasks....no working hours mentioned anywhere...no drinking water...no fan ...

There is no one to guide the people, after standing for long hours people have to return just due to some minor issue...

It's a waste of time...

It hurts to see aged people standing for hours in the queue..

Why is the Post Office so dirty. Firstly Requesting to Shift the Post Office on the Ground Floor.......Maximum People visiting the post Office are Elderly People who are Old. Really Sad to see them Climb to the First Floor every Month.

Good location. Helpful staff but not a good working place, not well kept. Also an Aadhar center.

Pathetic and the slowest service I have ever seen. It's high time the government starts the online service for post office and dismiss the post office staff. The post office staff is really useless and lazy. Online service will be more convenient and government can also save lot of money by reducing the post office staff

Aadhar Center is worst here. Expect a waiting period of 2 hours.
