Kalwa Sub Post Office

Good staff and you can expect this place always crowded for post office work like depositing money and sending latter's.

The hack is go in afternoon and go in the middle week days for less crowded times.

Worst Employees!
The Head Master is so down to earth and he's amazing, but the people working under specially a woman with rounded spectacle, she really need to learn how to treat customers. They don't watch if you are a senior citizen, or a pregnant lady, whosoever. Me, a resident of kalwa is proud to say that this is the worst behaving staff I've ever seen. Also, I don't recommend. But, the courier office on the 1st floor, they are very helpful and solve any issues if you have.

Staff is good and supportive. But issue is with parking. There's no space for 2 wheeler parking. Such places should have parking lot available.

Pathetic service one of the government agency that getting worsen day by day. And this kalwa post office is the most pathetic among the others. Don't deliver the post properly. Straight away says address not found. Directly mark it undelivered due to any false reason. People don't have manners to speak to customer. Alll the time u have to take aleave and have to go to thr post office for minor reason.

My best experience. They provide clear direction or answer.

It is just like a small cooperative bank. Apart from regular postal services, they also offer small saving Account, Pension scheme, and some other services.

As we all know that how these govt. Employee work in their office but as compared to rest these people are quite good and help to give you solution
