Airoli Post Office

Old Building, staff need to be increased. They have aadhar card facility also

CONS: Lazy staff.. yet no correct spellings.
PROS: it was not time consuming for me. I got the speed post receipt in 3-4 minutes. Less crowdy when I visited.

Distance of my home and Airoli post office is just 2-3 minute walking. Very lazy staff. Consignment is lying there. I have received text message" saying out for delivery . Over 48 hr. My consignment not received yet.

Have to say you have people in your offices who have no respect for customer or don't even want to work. My mother is a senior citizen who wanted to send a parcel to Thiruvananthapuram from Airoli. The staff was rude and did not want to help. Post master was reluctant to meet. Finally the person met my mother and informed her that if you insist we will send it but we will not take any responsibility of the parcel you are sending. Wow!!! No wonder your services are dropping hopefully you don't become and another story like BSNL. At least teach your staff to respect sr. citizen. The most pathetic govt service oriented institutions.

Not at all helpful. Worst staff. Very rude and arrogant. Government should atleast give some good behavioural training to the staff how to talk and resolve customer query.

No separate counter for pass book printing. All type of Customer suppose wait for more than 40 to 50 minutes to do pass book printing.
Senior Authority need to address this issue on priority.

Such a bad experience I wanted to send some important things which was really urgent so I decided to do speed post I reached here around 2:47pm and the person who was seating at the counter denied to except it and said the timing for speed post is just 9-2pm I would have trusted him if I didn't know anyone who works in post office but for their bad luck my brother in law works in post office who told me the time which they told is wrong. Upon telling him this thing and after asking him to show me where it's written the timings in black and white he immediately expected my parcel. When I asked the name of the person to do further complain he just left the counter I asked his colleagues they also didn't tell me his name so I have to write a complain about the entire branch.
Note for the staff's - those days are gone when government employees use to role and no one could do anything this era is different so don't treat people like trash and better you do what you suppose to do don't be lazy.

My suggestion for thos who wants to do speed post the timings are 8am till 4pm if they do not except your parcel in this frame ask them to show the papers or just contact the help line number.

I was received massage not delivered products but i wat at home from morning till evening not one come even not see any post master at road i am living in row which front of road finally i realize it government job as gov. They give proper service if you need your products so come at branch and collet they to busy people .
