The Professional couriers

My courier was delayed by a week and when we went to their office they had a carton of undelivered letters and were trying to find in that.. it's not at all a professional setup ..

I would like to give zero stars for the unprofessional courier. The worst service ever. My courier was delayed by 10 days and no one gave satisfying reply. The worst customer care department they have, highly unprofessional, arrogant Including their GM Mr ramchandra. Mr Shailesh customer care manager only makes false promises, after calling 1000 times he will pick up your call and will give you loose answers. Highly not recommended.

Poor services
Incompetent and inefficient staff, misplaced the package.
Online tracking traced package till office, they have received package and yet misplaced it.
No delivery services provided - no information about it was given.

Reliable,quick service and at moderate cost
