J.K. Gram Post Office

They work as if we are employees under them no proper service, Timing for speed post is 9-3 PM, and service will not accepted after 3 PM (punctuality). But the punctuality is not followed during 9 AM. They come by 9:20 etc. No politeness in words, harsh employees in counter 2 counters. We people working in private sector donot have facilities of leaves and half days to spend entire day in post office. But the people in post office work as per their convenience wasting time.

Absolutely no regard for public concerns, entirely dismissive and arrogant staff led blindly by an even more haughty and condescending post master. This is sadly representative of how no one at this post office cares about actually helping people, especially senior citizens in need.

Passbooks and account numbers are not given on the day the account is opened at JKGram Post Office Branch.

Worst service daily there is servers problems only server is working there staff lunch time

The employee are not present at 9:30 .

Courteous service despite long queue

E service worst. Office is hesitant to issue ATM card and net banking services. For this visited four times. First Postmaster lady said it can be issued only after3pm. Then next visit they gave falls reason of connectivity. The counter staff collected PB and form didn't give acknowledge.

Timings given inside the premises. No board indicating timings is displayed out. That too different from the shown online
