Infotech Park Sub Post Office

Very rude postmen. They did not even try to deliver the parcel for 2 days and updated status as undelivered - door closed. When I raised complain then they sent postmen to deliver the parcel. The postmen did not like me raising complaint so he behaved rudely. Typical govt office. Govt should start privatisation of post offices. Do not suggest this post office. Instead go for some private courier company. Whoever is rating them 5 star is their relative or their own employees.

Negative 5 ratings should be a feature that would help people alot. Worst Post office ever !! The postman never calls not even try to knock the door because he never attempts to deliver only. Important documents are trusted on these people and because of it I have suffered disastrously due to this behaviour. Never choose this post office to get your things delivered to you . Worst experience ever.

Went for phone number update in Aadhar card, reached PO by 8 AM in the morning. Few people were already waiting there, asked PO personnel when aadhar card updation activity will start. He confirmed the timing as 8:30 AM. At 8:30 AM sharp, they informed to come in queue. Complete process was paperless, no form filling was required. It was fast process, not sure if this changed recently because earlier reviews were giving compltely opposite reaction. I am happy with the service for aadhar card update as my work is done.

Yes you can send parcels and do banking related things

I have visiting this post office since 2015 mainly to send parcels for rakhi, Diwali and other personal occassions.

I have also sent boxes weighing upto 4kgs. And Indian Post is way too cheap compared to Pvt. Couriers.

I have never had a complaint about the people working there. They do not create any troubles if your parcel is properly packed written along with full address and pincode.

1 to 1.30pm is a lunch break and even, in the afternoon till 3.30 they book speedpost and normal post parcels.

I have sent many International packages from this post office till now. And the service which I received was outstanding!
I personally did not expect the process to be so smooth. But the person who handles the courier department is very calm and professional (more than what I have experienced in Mumbai post offices).
It completely depends on the person who handles not whether it is private office or government.

Worst post office. Went for kyc for post office bank account which I recently opened but they say come tomorrow between 8-11am. Next day I some how went there before 10am the person who is responsible for kyc says in a very rude manner “ kl 8 bajhe ana “
