India Post

This is the worst government department I have ever seen. They never interested in doing any work. All the time they busy in gossips.
I have visited there 5 times for amendment in my aadhar and Everytime they give me same excuse that our system is not working and even this time they crossed all the boundaries,they suggested me to go to any other post office or a private bank.
This is ridiculous.
Nothing is impoving here.
They are bigger lubbers(कामचोर).

Providing services during pandemic.
Clearly informed about delaying of post due to transportation issues due to pandemic.
Spacious office on first floor but entry to office through narrow way where vehicles are kept.

Terrible and indifferent service. As per tracker my parcel EJ 488169755IN was despatched for delivery yesterday but even after 25 hours local delivery has not been effected. Nobody receives calls at Trilanga Post Office. The phone keeps ringing unanswered. Relevant higher authorities must take corrective action.

Want to give minus -5 star if possible. Staff simply avoid to work and always ready with 100 excuses. I was on counter and they were doing timepass. After 15 minutes they said it's closed for today. I explained that I came in working hours so they all started arguing.

Wish if they all are deployed in covid-19 duty as punishment.

Good service if you can go an extra mile to get in touch with authorities. Usually they are not very punctual with their tracking updates.

Reviewing a government run operation is a futile exercise. But this post office is filled with a special breed of incompetent people. Since my first encounter with them in the year 2008 till the day on which I post this review nothing has changed. In 2008 one of their employees fought with me just because I asked him whether or not I could transfer an MIS scheme from Central TT Nagar post office to Trilanga SO. They will place a sign board "Server not working" and stop doing their daily duties. Postal employees have no respect for the customers in general but they talk to agents who bribe them like one talks to their spouses. In my recent encounter with them, I went to withdraw Rs.5000 at 12:30PM but was refused due to lack of cash. I had once raised a complaint about them with an Indian Postal Services Officer (equivalent to IAS) but no action was taken by him. So as I said earlier, this is the worst post office in the entire district of Bhopal. Better to drive a few kilometres and take your business to Ravi Shankar nagar post office.

Absolutely horrible service. Government should plan on disinvesting Indian postal department. This particular outlet absolutely suck and it should be shut down.
Their T&Cs are horrible. Staff is not at all accomodating especially the female staff.

I wanted to give 0 but option is not available. The female staff is pathetic. They are arrogant and abusive. Before lunch time starts they sit for lunch and keep gossiping even after lunch without paying attention to customers. They donot bother to check records and confirm status of parcel.
