Very poor response by staffs.
Speed Post available only after 4pm.

Very poor service.. They keep on changing time.. especially the speed post time.. mainly reducing work hours.. Service and attitude is pathetic, even compared to other RMS service. In Kottayam it's open till midnight.. If it was open till midnight, it would have been great service for office people..
New speed post time till 9 pm

No parking nearby. So congested office unlike other urban post offices.

System of speed post is not working

Affordable service.kozhikode Railway mail service is situated near 1st platform.placed near to hotel deevar.Railway mail service is affordable to public which provides lower cost than its competitors.but it is a government service so there are lot of mismanagement issues.

Poor service....i need to wait for more than half hours to send a speed post....the worst post office i ve ever gone.Absolutely not recommended....
