The customer support and the response is good with India post office. . The post office banking service is good when compared with the other banks. The main reason for choosing POST OFFICE RD is because the interest rate is very high

Delivery too late and contacting is hard.. Number shown to be unavailable

They returned the parcel without informing the sender. Their official phone number is also not working.

Not satisfied with customer service not interested to give 1 ⭐😡🤬they didn't deliver at the correct time 😠even they return the product without informing the receiver😡.post women are so rude,they can't even deliver the product to home even if it is home delivery product.If the post women can't deliver the product to the correct receiver then why they join to the department 🤬
It's my humble request to the Indian postal department to ,tell your staff to communicate softly

Worst service ever. Firstly delayed the delivery for almost 4 days. And when it finally out for delivery, without even contacting me, they returned the mail back to the address. Such an unprofessional behaviour by the staff.

Great post office. Great, polite , we'll behaved staff. Parking space isn't much though.

Its very sad without calling they return my order. I was waiting since long
