The IP(Instructor Posts) there is a rude and arrogant person. She delays all work on the pretext of rules and regulations. I would say she is the living example of the infamous red tapism that plagues the Indian govt institutions. She is a nightmare for the common people who are unfortunate enough to go to that office and more so for the employees as well. Such people are the curse of our bureaucratic system.

No wonder she has been sent here as a result of a punishment transfer. IMO such people should be dismissed and fresh talents should be given the opportunity to serve the people.
