Edappally Head Post Office

The staff who is in the collection counter is good in behaviour and service. But there is some other staffs , they are simply talking each other other and won't give proper answer for the enquiries .

Well maintained office and surroundings.We will get all postal be services from here.The services, and dealings of staffs are fast as the speed post. All employees are too bussy with thier job.

The inland,cover ,stamp section is not up to the expectation.

Comparing with other government office,this office is far far better.
The maintained classic Post box is the beauty of this premise.

Best of best. This is head post office. We're sending B2C products to our buyers from Edapally HPO reaches faster than other locations. Sometimes speed post reached to Delhi n Mumbai clients within 2 working days. Really fast. Staff also good n supporting. Only negative is parking space.

I have been here a few times for sending Speed Post, register parcel, enquiry about scheme etc.
very good and courteous staff with quick service delivery

Mostly busy and you will need to wait minimum 5-10 minutes everytime.Friendly staffs are there but not everyone.They get the work done, better than any other post office.
